IP&Go try to have always in stock greater part of all suggested products and has selected Chronopost International (DPD - Geopost) as his shipping partner. That is the reason why IP&Go can ship goods in major situations in only 24 hours, after validating payment. Shipping cost (for France) starts as low as 4.90 € VAT Excl. For european and international orders, the shipping cost (starting at 19.90 € VAT Excl.) is automatically calculated in the order validation process (if for any reason, the automatic shipping cost is wrong, IP&Go can cancel and refund the order or take contact for shipping cost adjustment).

RETURNS
For each defective product, IP&Go must beforehand give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To contact our Support service, please use the Contact Form, and specify the product name and model, serial number, and describe precisely the symptom. The detailed return procedure will be indicated in reply.
